The FurnaceFilters.com MERV 7 HVAC & Paint Ring Panel Filter contains specialized media and filter designs which optimize particulate filtration, airflow increase and maximize energy utilization in each application.
FurnaceFilters.com MERV 7 HVAC & Paint Ring Panel Filters are constructed from tow layers of 100% synthetic polyester media thermally sealed around a .148 inch galvanized wire. A support wire and radial bonds in the center of the panel keeping the media from sagging and fluttering to prevent dust migration. A one inch overlap of media around the support wire ensures a positive seal and no dust bypass. Each layer of media has multiple fiber deniers (fiber diameter) which graduate from coarse to fine for maximum dust loading and efficiency. A latex resin dry tackifier is added on the downstream side as an added dust migration prevention.

Slight mis-shaping during shipment can be re-shaped and used, unless internal media is damaged. Simply re-shape and use as intended.
