Product Guarantee

FurnaceFilters.com warrants the filter(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of the receipt of the filter(s) by the purchaser and any claim by the purchaser with reference to the quality of the filters sold hereunder must be made by email or phone within said 90 day period. FurnaceFilters.com's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of filters or at our election, the repayment of our crediting purchaser with an amount equal to the purchase price at bill of sale. Purchaser must make not of any damage at time of delivery. Slight mis-shaping of product during shipment will not necessarily render filter useless, simply re-shape and use.
