The FurnaceFilters.com MERV 13 Mini Pleat V-Cell Furnace Filter incorporates the best in filtration technology. The media is a single web of gradient density fibers to achieve high dust holding and high efficiency with low pressure drop. The pleats are held rigid and evenly spaced to maintain even loading and air distribution.
The entire filter is made of polypropylene which offers several advantages. One is that the filter does not support the growth of bacteria, fungi or mold. Another benefit is that the filter will not corrode or degrade over and extended service period, even under high humidity conditions. Polypropylene media is much more puncture resistant than glass paper and is resistant to most chemicals. The V Cell is lightweight and can be totally incinerated.
